All Matches Will Be Played on 8 Foot Tables

Format:

Team play November 12th 9:00am State

• This will be a modified double elimination 8-Ball tournament.
• 3 person teams / 4 person max with a combined playable SSR not to exceed 18.
• First team to 16 points wins and moves to next round. All matches will be played like a typical UPA league match.
• Players will have 10 minutes to be at assigned table when match is called to start, or forfeit match.  

Singles play November 13th 9:00am Start

• This will be a modified double elimination 8-Ball tournament
• There will be three brackets for singles,
• 1st Bracket will have only players with Official Speeds of 1 – 4  
• 2nd Bracket will have only players with Official Speeds of 5 – 6 
• 3rd Bracket will have only players with Official Speeds of 7 – 10
• Money Bracket will be the top 3 players from each tier to compete for the Singles UPA Texas State Championship Title.
• Players will have 10 minutes to be at assigned table when match is called to start, or forfeit match.  

Deadline for Online Registration for State Championship tournament is 11/06/2016 Midnight!!

Late Registration Accepted through 11/10/16 at Midnight

No Late Registrations will be accepted on the day of the event!

 Cost:

$25.00 online per player for 3 man team event

$25.00 online per player for singles event

$35.00 online per player for all late registrations

IMPORTANT NOTE:    $5 Green Fee Included In Entry Fee

Eligibility Requirements:

• All Players must be UPA Members
• Players must have all UPA yearly and league night dues current
• Each player must have 4 matches within 12 weeks of the event (to be verified by LO)
